ON THE SOUTH COATESVILLE COMPREHENSIVE / COMMUNITY REVITALIZATION PLANNING PROGRAM
The Borough of South Coatesville’s Planning Commission will hold a public meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 30, 2010, at the A/V Room in the ARC Building of Arcelor Mittal located at 139 Modena Road, South Coatesville, PA 19320. At the meeting, planning commission members and their consultants will discuss the planning program, and present goals and recommendations relating to the Comprehensive / Community Revitalization Plan. The Plan sets overall policies for the development, preservation and revitalization of the Borough over the next 15 years. It addresses: land use and housing, economic revitalization; open space, recreation and environment resources; community facilities, services, public infrastructure and public safety; transportation; and implementation. The planning commission has been meeting regularly since April 2009 with the help of consultants to prepare the Plan. A copy of the Draft Plan is available for review at the South Coatesville Borough Hall, 136 Modena Road, South Coatesville, PA during regular business hours.
